我有一个初步的想法,给病人发放75%的医用酒精湿纱布,病人打喷嚏或咳嗽的时候对着这样的纱布,使病毒吸附在纱布上。收集这些纱布,将纱布浸泡在生理盐水里,搅拌10分钟,使病毒脱落于液体中,高温加热 (100摄氏度,30分钟),使病毒彻底的灭活。
检测液体中灭活病毒含量,给正常人的鼻腔滴入几滴液体,连续滴鼻三天后,检测人体的抗体。如果有了抗体,免疫就成功了。如果灭活的病毒不能通过鼻黏膜进入血液,可考虑先给动物微量注射,检查其效果和安全性。
